ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays! You guys always rock :-)
Santa keeps me supplied with books and I recycle them at the library and Half-Price books. Twice a month book sales at the library as a "Friend" offers funds for more books and special activities for kids of all ages. I bought 3 bags of books including fiction, non-fiction, and a cookbook which is new to me. One of the books is a slim one on budgets, so I stretch my dollars to include a steady diet of books to quell my voracious hunger. Santa is wise and doesn't forget much, for waiting a bit makes the holding of a new to me book that much sweeter. I didn't get James Patterson's A Little Funnier yet, but the new year looks promising.
ReplyDeleteUsually I borrow books from the library (I think I keep my local one open) but two that I wanted to own, And The Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini and Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell, he forgot.
