ReplyDeleteNice, a couple links to articles/posts here about how shelved or old novels aren't wasted effort. That's certainly the case for me; I'm glad I didn't know they were "just" practice at the time, though!
ReplyDeleteI think some people can write a great novel the first time (thank you, JK Rowling), but it's not the most likely scenario.
