Agent Suzie Townsend's Kid Lit Wish List

Suzie Townsend from FinePrint Literary just posted an updated wish list of what she'd like to get from children's writers. Go see her blog, and especially check the submission guidelines. But long story short, here's what she'd like:

• Fantastic YA manuscripts, especially literary or upmarket YA with a commercial hook.
• An intricate middle grade fantasy series with amazing world-building (no wizards please)
• A fun, contemporary literary middle grade with a great commercial hook.
• Middle grade in general.

She also threw in a bit of agently food for thought: an agent in possession of a project too similar to yours is not necessarily in want of another.
