I have to admit, I was feeling a little blah this morning after a couple days struggling with migraine meds and the stupid nerve issues that affect my hands. It's frustrating when I have a lot to do, and nothing in this business handles itself.
BUT.
Then I read all the comments from last week's post.
Reading about what you all have accomplished is inspiring, and daunting, and inspiring. (And yes, I repeated that. Deal with it. It bears repeating.)
It's easy to sit back and talk about writing, and think about writing, without actually doing any writing. But your comments are great reminders that writing is the best way to actually achieve any milestone. So YAY to all of you! Pat yourselves on the back again.
Based on the responses, we are going to give away eight random books to eight random winners. So here we go:
Kristine Asselin: THE DEATH CURE by James Dashner
Lily Cate: JANE JONES, WORST. VAMPIRE. EVER. by Caissie St. Onge
Michele Shaw: KINDRED by Tammar Stein
Carol Riggs: ROTTERS by Daniel Kraus
Jess Morison: SEVEN KINDS OF ORDINARY CATASTROPHES by Amber Kizer
Natalie Aguirre: THE PROJECT by Brian Falkner
Gabriela Pereira: FOLLOWING CHRISTOPHER CREED by Carol Plum-Ucci
Lisa B: HOOKED by Catherine Greenman
If you won, please email me your smail address.
Thanks so much for all the great comments and inspiration, everyone. You ALL rock.
Hugs,
Martina and the ladies of ACP
