20 Happy Birthday, Marissa!

At least once a day, I have occasion to stop and consider how incredibly lucky I am to have found Marissa as a writing and blogging partner and friend. The SCBWI gods were smiling on me the day we connected. I don't get to gush about her publicly often enough, but I figure if I can't do it on her birthday, when can I?

That's right. It's her BIRTHDAY! :D

Please join me it thanking her for all she does for everyone in the writing and reading community. Her energy, kindness, selflessness, cheerfulness, charm, and compassion never cease to amaze me.

Happy Birthday, Marissa! May the coming year bring joy, prosperity, good health and love. Oh, and lots of writing inspiration.
