  1. Awesome links ladies. I can't wait to read through the conference ones :)

  2. Wow, you've found some amazing links. I have to check out the SCBWI ones. I was at the conference, but it's impossible (for mere humans) to attend them all at the same time. ;)

  3. Thanks for this outstanding list. There are some great articles provided here.

  4. OMGoodness! You sat down and created this list? I almost feel like I should tip you and then hug you! Thanks so much.

  5. How could you have missed anything? It's a super list.

  6. I've been sitting at my computer for over an HOUR this morning and I haven't even taken a shower yet. I don't know how you gals do it! My eyes are feeling crossed and my brain bleary--so much info. BUT, I bunny-hopped around on links and eventually found another agent to query for my contemp novel. Thanks for the hard work and great list!

  7. Thanks for the kind words, you guys! And this list, I need to confess, is all Marissa. She juggled everything while I was partying (oops, I mean doing all that serious learning) in LA. Isn't she completely awesome?

I am in the same boat as all of you this week. I have to go through and catch up on all these amazing articles. Phew.

  8. Fantastic, comprehensive list, as usual.

Thanks for including my "How Do You Know You're a Writer?" post. I hope writers are finding inspiration in it as well as laughs.

  9. If it's helpful to anyone, today I wrote up a summary of the POD (print on demand) service Amazon features, called Create Space. I veered from my usual first-page editing format on my blog, and described what Create Space offers.

Food for thought, though I am certainly not recommending POD for everyone; I myself am still aiming for a traditional publisher and agent for the rest of my novels. Info at

  10. Yay for your Friday roundup! Martina and Marissa, thanks so much to both of you for doing this. And thanks so much for the mention!

By the way, when I clicked on my own link, it gave me a funny page. Maybe it's because I'm doing it from my own computer!

    Thanks again, you two rock

  11. That's quite a list! Amazing roundup.

  12. WOW!!! Such great links. I'll be busy for the next few hours . . .

And thanks a ton for posting my news!!

    Sarah Frances

  13. An major amazing list. I really enjoyed Rachelle Gardner's post about voice. It's really good.

  14. Wow @ list. This is very helpful. I'm going to click away. :)

  15. Love going through your list every week. Just amazing. Thanks so much. (loved the Jody Hedlund links, as always)

  16. This is an extraordinary list. Probably the most comprehensive on the hwole net. Every writer should see this page. At the risk of sounding like a giant wanker, I will retweet this to everyone I know. Well played.

  17. I just saw that you announced Cinders here. Thank you!!!

Tell us what you think. We'd love to hear from you! :)
