Tossing It Out
Wow! That's a pretty extensive list. This will be very useful. I'm particularly interested in 6 Personality Types Who Will Fail as Writers. I'm quite afraid to read it actually as I already feel my over-sensitivity to criticism may be a huge drawback. Anything about developing a thick skin? ;D
ReplyDeleteAnnie, Arlee, hope you find something helpful in there!
ReplyDeleteKaren, don't worry! The more criticism you get, the more you will be able to get past it. The hard part with criticism for me is often looking past the delivery to what is really being said. It's also important to get a lot of different input. Sometimes, the criticism doesn't quite make sense, but points to another problem in that specific area. of the manuscript. Don't know if any of this makes sense, but focus on looking past the criticsm to the manuscript and what it will become. Whatever you do, keep going. Look at the Wow Weds posts our guest authors have done--that's the most common theme. Keep writing. Keep believing in yourself!
Martina
Thank you for taking time for my blog, I appreciate it :). If you need illustrating feel free to mail me.
