0 Frothy YA Caper: Heist Society

What's not to love in Heist Society? Cat is a modern Audrey Hepburn in the vein of How to Steal a Million or a more sophisticated version of Jennifer Crusie's Faking It written for young adults. Ally Carter's latest is a champagne of a read with enough sparkling detail to bring the story and characters to life and nothing left over to weigh it down. The romance is deftly handled, memorably there without being soppy. Warner Brothers just optioned it in February, so I'm eager to see what will happen with a film version. I'm ready for the sequel. Ally Carter reportedly has about 17,000 words written so far.
